Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
The item is damaged upon delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
The wrong colour was delivered.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue (damage, wrong item, or wrong colour).
Process
Contact our support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details and supporting photos/videos.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange an exchange as quickly as possible.
Delivery charge is applied for Exchange if we need to do the delivery.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the conditions above are not met.
