At Panels & Deco, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy applies to products purchased online through our website, including wall panels, PVC sheets, SPC/PVC wall panels, acoustic panels, flooring and other products sold by Panels & Deco.
14-Day Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Products that have been cut, drilled, glued, installed, damaged after delivery or otherwise altered cannot normally be returned unless they were faulty when supplied.
Please take care when handling and repacking large wall panels and sheets, as you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling or damage while the goods are in your possession.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns where you have simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
Due to the size and nature of many of our products, including large PVC sheets, wall panels and acoustic panels, return transportation costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us before arranging a return.
The goods remain your responsibility until they have been safely received by us.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect product or colour, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos showing the issue and the packaging where relevant.
Where the goods are faulty, damaged on delivery or supplied incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Where a refund is due, it will be made to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds promptly and within the time limits required by applicable UK consumer law.
For eligible cancellations of the entire order, any refund of the original standard delivery charge will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable beyond the standard delivery amount where permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an exemption under UK consumer law applies. This can include products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
